A: Yes, you can rent it. The company can also assist you in renting the property. The tenancy rate for a 3 bedroom duplex in that Axis is N2.5million.

A: Title Deed of Assignment.
Q12. WHAT IS THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR THE ESTATE?
- Land Acquisition is to be done by 2020.
- Followed immediately by basic development such as fencing, gatehouse, sand-filling, and Building Approval.
- The building will commence in January 2021 and be completed before December 24th, 2022.
Q13. HOW CAN I STAY UPDATED ON THE BUILDING PROGRESS IN THE ESTATE?
A: A WhatsApp Group will be set up for subscribers with regular updates shared on the group and you can always visit the construction site to see the progress.
Q14. CAN I PAY CASH TO YOUR AGENT?
A: NO. All cash payments should only be made to the company’s designated account.

A: All buildings in the estate will be Flats and Terraces.

- Non-payment of the yearly payment as at when due shall be treated as a fundamental breach of the contract which will result in termination or revocation of the contract.
